Re: High HC and NO (emissions test - a question for Cali owners)
I was ONE point under failing the Hydrocarbons part of the test last week. I passed everything else with flying colors though. Any information on this would be appreciated.

Those guys are complete tools. At least when people are dicks on the MX-3 forum they have a reason for it (use search, don't bash MX-3s, etc.).
Half those guys had probably never seen a MX-3 before you posted your pics.

Re: 1.6 Mx-3 Header
I'm interested, I've just been waiting on a rough estimate of the cost. I don't want to be dropping $400 on this thing when I could get a BP and/or a new suspension for less than that. I've never priced headers so $400 may be way too high.

Re: Tail light problem
Have you changed the bulb yet? I was switching to altezzas and one of the bulbs decided to go crappy on me, even though it was fine before I jostled it. I had a few bulbs in my glove box from the previous owner, switched them, and voila it worked. The bulbs are cheap, especially because they're whit...

Re: Opinion time. Wheels..
Am I the only one who likes your current wheels more? I just don't like how bland and weird-looking the other ones are. I guess I'm just a sucker for 5-spoke designs. Nope, I perfer his current ones as well. The other ones are just too common. Common on a MX-3? Not really. I prefer them because the...

Re: Tweeter placement?
when i say woofer im not speaking of the sub you knob. there is a huge difference between woofer and subwoofer. when you have components the speaker that is not the tweeter is called a woofer or a driver. if you want to get technical you are behind the wheel not in front of it. why do you thing so ...

Re: Tweeter placement?
So by your logic they would be in the back seat, therefore the passengers would be getting the best sound out of the whole car. Who is in front of the steering wheel? The driver. Who wants the sound from the tweeter? The driver. Who's car is it? (hopefully) The drivers. Please keep your "car au...

Re: Coolant leak...little hose?
This happened to me 3 months ago. It is the smaller tiny hose (or it was for me). Go to Autozone and tell them you need a anitfreeze coolant hose or something, tell them your car year, and they'll bust it out. Me and my buddy had to clip it a little bit, but we used the clamp that was already on the...
