I have had my mx3 for almost 10 years and i've replaced nothing major...brakes,tires, usual maintainence. In the past month it has started to idle very hard, but only when I am stopped at a light or stop sign. The tach kinda bobs up and down, and I notice the engine acting as if it's going to stall ...

Okay....I need to get a new muffler and/or exhaust. I really like the sound I get when I'm in motion. Is there any specific kind of muffler/exhaust that I should put on my car? I like to make some commotion when I move...not too loud, just a nice, smooth purr.....any suggestions?<P>hgcmx3
