man i guess there was no meet or nothing huh? my mx3 has been parked for 2 years cant get her running, i had to get another car for a DD. is anyone still down for a meet? would be cool to meet you guys in person even though i dont have a running mx3 at the moment

maybe it was just condensation in your exhaust. i have that every now and then, if its not that thick white smoke and only happened once its probably that.

i still havnt got anything from him, i accidentally sent him a paypal money order instead of another member, didnt return my money and didnt respond to my 5 mesgs and emails. really sucks

ya sure sounds like a vacuum leak. maybe letting air in after the maf/vaf sensor. so its letting in unmetered air. look for cracked vacuum lines, maybe a intake manifold gasket leaking.

usually a 4 cylinder is about 16-18inches of vacuum at idle, should be steady and not drop or move around too much. and should drop suddenly when you snap the throttle open to about 2-1inches and should shoot back up passed 16inches when you close the throttle like on deceleration. i mean you could ...

thanks. ya i sent him a email hopefully he responds and sends me my money back. i mean i sold him a HEI setup last year and everything went fine. maybe just something on and hard for him to get back to us. see what happens
