I have been working like crazy on my turbo setup and I am hoping to fire this beast up maybe as soon as tomorrow... I was wondering about the turbo vacuum lines. I hooked the wastegate pod line to the outlet on the cold side of the turbo, and the BOV vac line to the intake vacuum. Is this correct ...

A place called gasket engineering in Kansas city.. I took all they had.. I also found some stuff that had metal in the center and graphite on each side, but I don't think it would have been as strong.. everseal gasket had that stuff..

I got a hold of some gasket material today that is used to make the exhaust gaskets on many different applications. it has metal on both sides, and some material inbetween. also has perferations. I found it best to cut with a die grinder and also a cutoff wheel. looks like the same stuff they use to ...

turbo gaskets?

hey guys, does anyone know where I can get some turbo gaskets for a vj-11 turbo? I called Ford and they said discontinued... Can I use high temp silicone or any kind of gasket material?

mines a 94 rs DOHC and it has no plugs up front by the trubo.... I like the idea of coming off the sending unit for fresh oil... it is 1/8th pipe thread... the turbo has a weird thread size like 10 mm? would like to run 4 an line and adapt to the trubo somehow...

I think it's just a straight K03, not k03s... i may try both of them before its over, may be a fun comparison. I'm looking for some good torque out of this 1.6 dohc for a daily driver.
