maybe have the rear brake calipers checked, they like to sieze up a few years, but you would notice that while driving, slow sluggish.... wheres the deal from, becouse we like deals. I cant see why it wouldnt fit, I have used a klze throttle body from a straight neck on a 1.8 manifold and na 2.5 manifold and that works fine.

Sure its possible, but I would think if its the clutch it would slip at the same rpm in any gear, especially 1st gear which pulls the hardest.
