Been following your ze and ze turbo builds or yours for some time. Once all the kinks are worked out, give us the details (parts list), and of course some videos. As there are not to many ze/turbo vid's around.
You had a 14.2 with your ze and stripped interior, right? Or was it 14.0.

If you remove the evaporator housing or blower box, just replace it with a part from the same location from a mx3 without a/c and the plastic tubing. I installed a/c in mine that came without it.
