That's tough to diagnose over the internet. Perhaps trying to find why it overheated/burnt. Is your thermostat ok? Oil in the engine? Rad needs flushing? Maybe look into if the knock sensor is bad according to the code. Not sure how that would make it overheat, but if it says its bad, that could be ...

One easy thing to check would be if you have a rip in your air intake tubes. The hoses between the throttle body and air filter. It is possible that when you give the car gas, the motor tilts just enough at around 3000 rpm that it spreads the rip open (if after the vaf) and lets in un-metered air, c...

If the readings from your multimeter are wrong, I would imagine the tps is no good.

I however had a tps that did not read right with a multimeter, I took it off and sprayed the inside with silicone spray, moved it around and the readings came out correct after that. You could try that, no guarantee.
