Darcy i don't think that there is a such thing as a 105 hp 1.6 for a mx3...atleast what was shipped to the U.S. mine is a 1.6 DOHC and i am running only 88....all ive seen was the 88 horse 1.6 and the 130 1.8

I have everything squared away to do an engine swap but every engine supplier i have seen and called doesn't have or carry the engine i want, the 1.8 4cyl bpt from a GTR.. does anyone know where to find one...if so i could really use the help

yes...its normal....a/c take a butt load of power and since your car only has 87 horses ( like mine) it take a good amount of that away.

What would i need to replace with this type of engine swap?

alright..... is the gtx engine a take off bolt on type deal or is there more to it....and can i throw a bigger turbo on it safely?

I really don't care what has to be done...i just need to know what all i have to replace/ add....money and time aren't a concern.... i have thought about putting the gtx engine in but i want all raw horsepower without the help of a turbo... so i thing the 2.5 would be the best option for me to get t...

I want to preform the 1.6 L 4cyl to the 2.5 V6 KL-ZE swap...but i am not sure what needs to be done or if it is even worth it. I know i would have to get a new trany to handle the power but i am also not sure on that to. If anyone knows anything about this please help me out.
