My lights did the same thing...turned out that the headlight relay was fried. And I DO MEAN FRIED!!! The wiring harness that plugs into it was melted to the point where it just looked like a ball of brownish crud. I hadn't even modded anything yet...just turned out that something got grounded out ma...

I used to live in Jacksonville. We have family in Tampa, so I have made the drive many many times...it's only about 4 hours...and that would be going SLOW. As I said before, I'm down for whatever. Just found this thread... It's funny, but I have done a lot to my car lately, and was wanting to go to a meet to see everyone else's car...and show off my hard work (that so many posts here have gotten me through). Just did this a few days ago but...they are still clear...minus the greasy fingerprints I put all over them when I was working under the hood...guess I'll have to polish them a little bit more... oh and yeah...I did just polish the outsides. Don't know how it will hold yet, but I assume that I will ...

Just read this and...
...went out to the MX and tried it. Didn't have Brasso, but I used silver polish and it worked just as well. The lenses cleared up with little effort. I have to add that I did NOT take the lenses off of the housing. Just polished the outside of the lens...and 99% of the crappy yellow tint came off.....

I don't know about the MOMO knobs, but I have gone through like 10 different shift knobs (auto and man) that just wouldn't fit the car. THe one I use now is a manual knob (pushed down to shift). I got it at Wal-Mart. It's the only one I have found that fits the car right out of the box. Like I said,...
