Re: Interior/Dash Paint
I am NOT painting the vinyl top parts of the dash, but rather the hard PLASTIC inserts on the front of it. So thank you for giving me absolutely no useful information. I'm not a genius, but even I could tell you that using paint on that soft vinyl would be a bad idea. So now that that's cleared up, ...

Interior/Dash Paint
Hey Everyone, I finally got all the supplies I need to do some serious interior painting. I drive a 94 GS, so I'm planning on painting the front piece of my dashboard (the one that wraps around the gauges, the instrument cluster, the temperature controls, and down around the radio and shift knob). W...

Re: Altezza red/pink
I'm going to say that you probably have different colors of bulbs on each side. Easiest way to check is to pop the light housings off, take the bulbs out and look at them. If they are infact the same color on both sides, then it could be that the reflective material has water/solar damage or wear an...

Re: Clear Signal Lenses

Re: Clear Signal Lenses
Ok I attempted to heat up and pry off the old orange lenses.... Much easier said than done. I was just wondering if anyone could walk me through the exact procedure, because so far all I've suceeded in doing is mangling the plastic housing, and the lense is no where near out.

Clear Signal Lenses
Hey guys, Just ordered some clear turn signal lenses and sidemarkers for the front of my mazda from Corksport. As far as I know, and what I've read, I should just be able to do the sidemarkers by removing the screws and swapping the lenses. However as far as I understand, the turn signal lenses must...

Check Engine Light and Power Loss
Hey guys, Been encountering a strange situation with the car lately. It's a 94 GS. About once a week i don't know why, but my check engine light will come on when i'm in the middle of driving, and I experience a huge power loss. The idle drops down to about 300-500rpm and it really bogs (feels like ...

[WTB] Reverse Glow Gauges (km/h)
Hey guys, just wondering if anyone's got the reverse glow gauges that have the big numbers in km/h instead of mp/h. They seem to be really hard to find these days and I'd be willing to pay $50 (Canadian, including shipping) for them.

Neon Wiring Help
Hey you guys, I've been running some 15" LEDs to light up the driver's and passenger's parts of the floor, had em installed, and hard-wired (well sort of) to my fuse box. And they have been working perfectly for the past few months, except they have 2 seperate switches, etc. I recently bought 2...

Re: PROBLEM: Starter/Alternator/Battery/Shorting Issue
I'll give that a try, thanks, umcamara.
Also, what's a new alternator worth if that is the problem, and does the engine have to be lifted out to replace it, or do you have to remove the IM, or can you get at it from underneath of the car?
Thanks.

PROBLEM: Starter/Alternator/Battery/Shorting Issue
Car: 1994 Maxda MX-3 GS w/ HEI Ignition mod Problem: While driving charge light came on. But when revved up, turned off. Next the radio began to cut out, headlights began to dim, gauges stopped functioning, ABS cut out, etc. Then while driving and slowing down, the engine died, and wouldn't turn ove...

Exhaust
I'm currently in the process of tracking down a KL-ZE for my 94 GS, and while I'm tracking it down I thought, hey, why not do some other mods that I'm going to need for my ZE anyways. Here's my question: What size of pipe should I run under the car for the ZE? I've heard 2.5" but I want to conf...

Re: Another Possible ZE
Yea i was planning on either hollowing out my cat, or junking it and replacing it with a resonator. So far Cat back piping is stock size, but that will change with my exhaust. Also what do you think axles are worth? I gotta get a parts list together here haha. Frick I just need money. :P And sorry n...

Re: Another Possible ZE
Lets see. Did it ever occur to you, that me posting this message, looking for a KLZE for my car might want to keep such items for my own use? Like seriously I don't know what the deal with this thread is, but it seems to get me more stupid replies than helpful ones. Not to mention post jackers. THIN...
