OEM Rear Window Shade

Does anyone still use the OEM rear window shade? That "wing like" attachment that goes over the back window to shade the passengers in the back seat? Is this piece available aftermarket anywhere?

Thanks for the feedback!

I put the Eibach Pro Kit spring setup with the ZX2 S/R springs. I'm quite happy with the ride.  8) 8)

Scooter. 10-4. My camera is in Calgary right now, I'm on the road til this weekend. I'll post the pics Sat or Sun. You dont need a huge amount of airspace with a JL to make it play deep. This box design works well and still leaves storage space in the back. Hope it works for you.

I designed a sealed enclosure for my dual v-c JL 12". I takes up the space perfectly between the strut towers and up to the back of the rear seat. Then over top I put nicely covered wooden "panels" that attach to the box and make it look like it is all built into one with the surround...

For sound quality an Eclipse would be an excellent choice. But they might be a bit too much $$. Of the "main" brands, Panasonic's are durable and can track scratched CD's better than most.

The 96 did come with a beefier sway bar than previous years.

Thanks for the response from "The Shwa". While it may be true Oshawa is the only place in North America where "the Mullet" is still in fashion, their car knowledge is top ranked. The motion sensor upside down mounting suggestion is an excellent idea. My previous Clifford had a m...

Best Alarm and sensor combo for MX-3

I am putting a GOOD security system in my MX-3. I will spend the $$ if necessary, but want to do a relatively impenetrable setup. Obviously nothing is 100%, however I want to be as close as possible. What alarm setups are working best for our cars? Considering the big back window and its vulnerabil...

My first guess would be the above responses. But what about a timing belt system related part? Could this cause similar symptoms?

Sounds like a common problem. I have had to clean out the TB a few times over the years I have had mine. Its doing it again now with the sticking at high RPM thing. I may have to clean it out again right away. I think in my case the K&N filter oil may be a contributor to the problem.

I talked to the Arm-can guy and he says that the 626 ones are very close in size and that they will interchange with the MS-3 ones due to their flexibility. I'm naturally a bit sceptical about this claim. Any feedback from anyone? There had GOT to be an aftermarket source for these. It will be a co...

Flitz Ball to polish lights

I recently had this product recommended to me to polish my headlight covers. What an incredible result. All the difference in the world and didn't take 10 minutes. This little ball attached to a drill works wonders! I used their polish with the Flitz ball though I suspect you could use any plastic p...

Arm-Can does not have the rear sway links for MX3 after all. Any other sources?
