dynamat will actually give you a better seal and hold if you do heat it up thats how it was designed to work granted you don't have to heat it if you don't want to it just it will last longer if its heated when its first applyed just my two cents

or just properly aim the lights!! if you aim the lights to compensate for the flare on the left side you wont have any problems trust me i drive with a screwed up aiming bracket on my drivers side and just compensated withe the right headlight it's all in the aiming

ya i had the sma problem somewhere in between the switch for the lights and the dimmer switch there was a short so i just re ran a wire to a switch for my lights the cluster lights still dont work but i rigged up some el wire to light up the dash but i at least have my parking lights back

the ony way to get it compleatly accturate is to order them from dakota digital they make custome ditigal gauges for hot rods they can even make a mount to fit inb the oem hole
