The problem places like that have is the 'meeting place' atmosphere. They need CUSTOMERS, not visitors :D All too often, a place like this opens, does well for a short time, then becomes 'the place' to go for car meets and the like. The lot gets filled up, at least partly, by people who aren't eatin...

OK - so I saw my car on Friday and it's in pieces :| The fenders are done, he's going to make the moulds now, then the car starts to take shape next week. I picked up some Civic 01-03 projectors, and Rob is making the necessary "adjustments" to fit them in. I need to get the car done, as h...

For the front/back/sides/spoiler/hood it's running me $2,500 or so. The fenders are free, because my car is providing the moulds. Not sure if he tossed in anything else or not. That's without paint.

I was told it'd be about three days until he saw my fenders were in good shape and he could use them to make a Z3 style mould. Now it'll be a week and a half to two weeks, plus painting. The car's in Edmonton, I'm just south of it. I'll be in the city on Friday, hopefully in time to swing by and get...

Put the pins in. Driving without them is stupid and dangerous - not so much for you, but for that poor bastard behind or beside you when it lets go. You want to wipe out a station wagon full of kids because you were too lazy to get your hood pins put in?

After checking more of the site out, I also plan to put in some civic projectors - just need to sort through threads to find someone with a solution that works - or turn it all over to my fibreglass guy to come up with his own :D

My tweeters are on the windshield columns in the front - right about ear height, depending if I have the seat WAY reclined or not :D

"Some of the most tastefull car colours come from the Euro cars, Mercedes, Audi, Peugot, Fiat, VW and Porsche....no flames there. Add to that list Lexus, Infinity and Acura.......oh, no flames there either...................LOL" Wow...no kidding, all those straight-from-the-maunfacturers p...

It's primarily for show - not to race - but it'll be quick anyway. It's got the 1.8L, and I'm looking for a 2.5 that will be turboed. Finding one will be the problem apparently, judging by the threads around here. "I agree, no offense, but flames are more for hot rods or American Muscle cars be...

The F&F thing doesn't bother me - the only reason people associate the lime green with that is because he had a car that colour. If he'd had a yellow car, people would be saying the same thing about that colour instead. I think it's eye-catching, which is really the whole point. Why do all this ...

It'll be House of Kolors, so they have a pretty decent selection of candy colours. The guy doing the work is really, really talented - he's won awards for his work on vehicles, snowmobiles, custom-built bikes and helmets, so getting him nailed down to do the car was awesome. Don't worry - there'll b...
