so could i use a ecu out of a american 626 for the KLZE and work fine or do i need a j spec one meant for my engine

Ok i ahve done my KLZE engine swap but its not running right do i have to switch over my VRIS or VIRS valve or waht ever from the 1.8L to the 2.5.

so klzs pistons are flat with four cut out marks for the pistons and the KLDE has the dish or the ring around the piston with the point in the middle. so A klZE for sure will have the flat top with 4 grooves and and the KLDE will for sure have a ring can they be mixed up at all.

so for a fact only the klze pistons are flat so if there flat then it is a klze for sure and if the pistons have a dish in them for the valves then for sure it is a KLDE. The intake says KL 47 nad head say KL 1A1
