have you try, lubing that accel cable with silicone greese..also the joint n stuff on the gas padle.. spray some lube inside the cable too. make sure there's enough slack. i experience this problem when she been running for awhile.. the heat must've dry up all the natural lube in that cable..and it ...

you can hook up the ign switch to the + post of the alternator, regardless its getting 12v ..or more when the car is running on the on position.. ..

it work fine, and you don't need a switch.. been running for 1/2 yrs..now and its charging fine.

Harbor Freight is ok, not the best tools but can't argue about the price., kicking the wheel off , works most of the time but WATCH OUT....or you might end up fixing more then what you started.. safest thing to do is put it on a jack stand, IS alway a must when working on your car off the wheel. eve...

no problemo, send me your e- test result, and i'll check em out, how often do you guys clean or recondition your air filter.. the filter cone for the prm intake, i got mine for amost 5 yrs..now and haven't done anything to it... i was thinking about that k&N cleaning kit... any feedback on this?

Alrity, i did some testing , scoping, and e-testing, with and without the pressure control in conjuction with the kl36 ecu... here are the result-------------->>>> yes, the kl36 does recongiZe the pressure seloid, withOUT it @ idle o2 indicate a rich running ..hang on around .800 to .900 mv co 1.5 %...

AH YES, I THINK I KNOW HOW TO FIGURE OUT WHATS WRONG... is this in advance timing or base timiing mode? if you got a small vac leak in advance timinig mode..then your timing will be throw off, make sure your'e in base timing mode. other then that check for anything that would cause you to advance yo...

coleman stove top fuel didn't work for me, but then again i put it on a 92 corrola, co and hc went down just a bit, but nox went up .. i let the car run for 2 hrs before test. just letting people know, its not a 100% remedy to pass emission.

lol, i'll give u a bucks if you pass emisson with that...its just a test pipe.. its hallow inside, i got one similar to that one.. WILL NOT MAKE YOU PASS EMISSION..

yep, looks like they sold you a bad bearing, doesn't happen much, but it does. its kinda hard to check especially for the rear but yeah if its humming from the back i say return it back and get a nondefect part.

alrite i got more info on this from mazda, but they can't confirm it if the jdm motor or ecu will recongize the fpc sensor . or if its equipped on the jdm at all. both the k8 and kl of us-spec car use this sensor. PURPOSE The solenoid valve is ECU controlled to regulate vacuum to the pressure regula...
