Sounds cool... I did this with my KL-ZE (here: http://forums.probetalk.com/showthread.php?t=1701149489 )
It was fun. Now I'm looking at doing what you are. Except I'll be going all motor for simplicty.

So no one has ever converted there 3 over to a manual rack? I guess I'll have to look into it. I've done a bit of dynoing on some Honda's and found they gain an average of 5 peak hp. That's more than a full exhaust would likely give you (on a stock motor). I'll check clubprotege.com if no one else k...

Taking out PS and going with Manual Rack
I have a '94 RS and would like to take out the PS (accident destroyed it) and put in a manual rack. Did they make MX-3's with manual racks? What would I need, 323, Protege, Escort??? I was told of a different caster on the non power assisted.

Fan Control Problems - Only Position 4!
My 3's fan blower only works on position 4. It won't switch over to vent, floor, so forth... Also the AC light only comes on when the fan is on 1-3 (and not working).

All Motor BP Build - Need Help In Selecting Parts
I'm not exactly new to the B-Series engines. Although I just bought my first MX-3 I've owned a Festiva (B3 engine) for 5 years and thought about many swaps. Which leads me to this one. :D OK... I'm looking for internal stuff right now. I've decided to run off the OEM ECU (I'm looking into chip burni...
