the same thing happened to me and it was because of rotten portions of my radiator right close to the end tanks so i got a new rad and it works perfect now.

Is there anything i could do or anyone else in that matter to tune up our cars not just regular maintenance but things we could do to make things run that muchs smoother.

There is oil deposits in my exhaust and i can't find where its from ive got a 1.6 L and the same thing is happening to my buddy with a V6 1.8 thanx guys

I would say get the 1.8 BP. That would be your best bet. Dont go with the 1.6 it will cost around the same for the BP.
