Re: WTB: Rear hatch support struts
Thanks for the fast responses/e-mails. I've already arranged a sale with someone, so no further e-mails are needed at this time. Thanks again all.

maybe if you had some pics and included some basic information, such as 4/6cyl, miles, color, and such you would get more responses?

WTB: Rear hatch support struts
The hatch on my '94 4cyl won't stay open, and that thing is damn heavy. The dealership wants $350 to replace the struts... sooo... if anyone has an extra pair of the struts that holds the hatch open (that are in good working order, of course) from a part-out MX3, send me a message or e-mail at RyghG...

Re: Damndable Dash
The older dash much nicer looking than the 94+ models? are you kidding? I have people who ride in my car for the first time ask me if its new after getting into it ('94 RS). The dash in the '93 and older models quickly answers any unspoken age questions. Oh well, thats my opinion, and you have yours...

Re: black Altezza
I'll get some up as soon as possible.. first I need to get my car back from the dealer (fixing the driver's window molding, and the hatch won't stay open), and then grab a digital camera from a friend. I'll try to get some up tonight. At the mazda (ford) dealership, I looked at the new Mazda 3's and...

Re: need opinions on taillights!
IMO, chrome is on the out. I just picked up a set of the black altezzas, installed them last night. Looks really good with my green/teal MX, especially with the black garnish on the hatch(where the spoiler usually goes) and the tinted windows. Mainly, it depends on the color scheme you are going for...

Re: black Altezza
It took about an hour and a half to install them with a friend helping me. It would of only taken an hour, but the screws that come with the new lamps are crap, and strip easily if you arn't careful. Because of this, we weren't able to get the molding off of the top of the right lamp and couldn't se...

Re: black Altezza
Well, after a week of waiting, I finally received my black altezza lamps. I had to call tommotorsports to get confirmation that they had shipped them, though. Took a week to get from Quebec to Kansas, and an hour to install with a friend helping me. And all I have to say is: damn makes the car look ...

Re: black Altezza
tommotorsports.com has then for about $189 + shipping. I looked on EBay, and tommotorsports has an ebay store where they are $99 + $30 S&H. Just ordered mine last night. Waiting for a response to see when they'll arrive.

Re: HVAC INDIGLO PANNELS
I was about to order some, was so excited, but I wanted to make sure I could install them myself first. So while taking a look at the dash, I realized that those won't fit my '94 model. They made that HVAC set for the slide control, not the push button.... damn.

Re: EBAY EURO GAGES?
Storm, where did you get that HVAC kit? The only reason I haven't gotten the reverse glow gauges is because I don't want mixed blue/green lighting (and Green reverse glow just doesn't look that good, IMO).

Re: Rubber around window!
I went to the dealer a week or two ago to see about fixing the seal on my driver's side... they said it would cost $285 including labor. Ouch.
