Hang on... They come on when dimmed (side lights) but when you turn the stalk all the way to full, they don't get any brighter. The thing is, I can hear the relay click when the main beam is selected on the stalk, but nothing happens. Those 2 comments seem to be at odds with each other. Can you plea...

The diagram is here: http://eunos30x.com/info/1995%20Wiring%20Diagrams.pdf Page 16. Looks to me like it can't be anything BUT the switch. If i...

You can use virtually any relay. You may just need to cut off the plug and crimp spade luds on the cables.

You'd need to run 12 volts to the BLACK / RED wire on the relay. Don't pick up the 12V from anywhere on the relay so you know you've got a good supply. That will bypass the relay altogether. Only do it when its running.

I'd say you need to cut the RED / WHITE wire that comes from the OEM wiring into the ballast at BOTH headlights. That should stop powering up the high beam indicator. Try that and see if it works and let us know. Don't know if that will fix the headlights coming on with the side markers but we'll se...

But aren't we dealing with an intermittant fault that is sometimes no fuel / sometimes no spark? I've been working on: Yup..pulled the back seat out and everything.its a very strange problem..sometimes I get no fuel and other times I get no spark..o.O IF that relay is switching off, you need to know...

You'd need to tell us EXACTLY what you did with the wires that went to the original headlight. It sounds like you must have joined them all together (instead of just the low beam) so your feeding back power to the markers / high beam indicator as soon as you turn it on. I'm assuming when you turn th...
