What options do i have for trannys i have a 1992 SOHC MTX and i have already went though two trannys the fist stock and the second out of a 323 but its time for another and i need to know what i options are also if anyone knows where i can get a BP with tranny and ECU that would be sweet

my car is over heating and the fist thing i did was changed the thermostate and it is still doing it so i thought maybe its just the temp sensor is bad but i dont know how to test that so i was wondering what else would cause the over heating ?

well i took my car into the shop (1992 1.6L SOHC) and i found that i had a problem with my distributer we looked further into that and it is the crankshaft sensor ( its what the plug is on top of the disty ) so we tried to get just the sensor because thats all i need and i cant get a replacement so ...

is there any other distributer that will fit the 92 1.6L SOHC from another B-series engine ?

flat out dies with no warning at all

my car wont keep time and the CD player wont stay how i want it. What happends is i can get in the car and set the time and the cd player how i want it to be and then as soon as i shut it off it all resets ? what could be the matter ?

i was also thinking the temp sensor but the car will run at operating temp or not and it doesnt over heat it just kinda dies without warning, could it be my fuel pump ?

well today i was just going down the road and the car just dies and then if i wait awile it will start and run fine but then it will just die randomly ? any ideas on what is my problem?

did you put tranny fluid in it ? and did you tourqe the flywheel and clutch down ? i was so pumped to start mine that we for got to put trans fluid in it and same thing happend to me .
