I know you said it had some rear damage, did you have a spoiler, and did it survive?

Re: chirping sound coming from dash
Ok everyone, basically thanks for the help, and I'm sorry I wasted your time because I found out what it is, and it was my stupid-ness. haha Long story short, my exhaust didn't quite fit right when I put it on, and so it rubs at one point. I put a "patch" there in between the pipe and the ...

Re: chirping sound coming from dash
Here's an update. I have now isolated that this sound only happens when I press the brake in. That's why I only heard it in idle. When I am idling, and I push in the brake, I hear the chirping sound from the dash, and when I let out the brake, it goes away. Stragest thing. Anybody ever hear of this?...

Re: Every once n' a while i have one speaker totally crack
Actually I would say that underpowering speakers is much worse. And you are not getting 50 watts believe me. Your Head Unit might say 50 watts, but that is peak power. That is the power that the unit can deliver for a brief period. The much more meaningful number is RMS power, which is the power it ...

Re: Breather
That is exactly what I did. I got some mesh type fabric and zip tied it around the end of that tube, and then zip tied the whole tube out of sight when I put my CAI on. No problems to report.

Re: does the intakes on stock have a ...
The reason that "electric supercharger" doesn't work is because it's a scam. Sorry man, but you got ripped. Ask anybody on this board and they will tell you that you got ripped off.

Ya, lifters. Many people's car's including mine have a little lifter noise once the engine gets kinda old. It's not a big deal.

Re: Pilot Pedals
Has anybody had any experience with pedal covers? I would assume they suck compared to replacing the pedal with a real aluminum pedal.

Pilot Pedals
Has anybody used these pedals?
http://www.jcwhitney.com/product.jhtml?CATID=376659&BQ=sc
It's kinda unclear whether they are real pedals, or just pedal covers that you clip on. I think it's cool that they come with the shift knob also to match.

Re: PRM V6 Intake coming soon
I didn't put in the PRM, instead I put in my own custom CAI. I did have to move my coolant tank, but really it's not a big deal. You can see a couple pics of it at:
http://www.msu.edu/~leonar40/Car.html
It actually makes more sense to have the coolant tank on the left side of the engine bay si...
