Re: hows this sound "klze swap"
hehe ya did you read the warranty though. They basically say (in confusing words) that the warranty doesn't cover rusting out. LOL Oh well, like I said so far so good for me.

Re: Final word on turbo-ing an RS
That sounds like a great idea to me. I know I am somewhat intersted in that, but as you said there is almost too much info and it's hard for me to figure it all out.

Re: cant see images
Depends on what "thing" you are talking about. But if you are looking through some old posts, people may have moved the pictures or deleted them from wherever they were hosting them. If the link to the picture is bad, then it will just show up as a little box with an X in it.

Sweet, ya to cut down on the engine tick that many of use have, do an oil change and us 5w-30 instead of 10w-30. That has worked well for a lot of us. Good luck!

Re: hows this sound "klze swap"
I agree that if you live up north or somewhere where it's really wet, then the Pacesetting is not going to be a good choice. However, if you live where it's pretty warm and fairly dry, then I think it's a great bargain. I have one on my car, and it's less than half of what the other cat-back systems...

Re: My 95 DOHC 4cyl times
I have 2.25" on my 95 RS. That is the diameter of the Pacesetter exhaust, so that is what I got. I can't say that I got a BIG performance gain or anything, but it certainly didn't hurt either. Sounds and looks a lot better that's for sure.

Re: vacuum line
I beg to differ, according to the many posts that I have read on this subject on here, it does need to be filtered. And you can get a little filter from Pep Boys for like $5 so why take the chance. As far as does it need to be hooked up, no, just put it out of the way if you put a new intake on. Or ...

1. Beat that kid's *** .<p>2. Yes getting the window replaced is pretty cheap. I had a big rock come up from the freeway and it was so bad that glass actually came into the car! But I got the whole thing replaced for less than $150.

Re: properly resetting the ecu
Yes they are all correct. What pushing on the brake does it run all the electricity out of your car faster. Even when you disconnect the battery some energy remains in the system. So pushing on the brake lights up the brake lights, and thus runs this left over energy out faster than waiting for it t...

Re: bad air flow meter?
If the MAF sensor was out, you would most likely still be able to start the motor, although it would run like crap and die after about 1 second. But if you can't start the motor at all then it's something else.

Right on, I know how you feel. I most likely will be getting a new car next spring. Right now it looks like I want either a 2002 SE Miata, or a 2001 Toyota MR2 Spyder. I gotta have a convertible! I will be sad to see the MX-3 go though when the time finally does come.

Re: remove cat??
You can cut it out and put in some straight pipe, but from what I have heard you won't gain much. Our cats are pretty good compared to some as far as not being too restrictive.
