Binding Windows
I've heard several mention this problem. It seems to be somewhat common. When rolling up the window it seems to bind and can be a little difficult to get it all the way up. I thought there may be a lack of lubricant, as when it rains it's much easier to get the window up. Has anyone else come across...

Re: Intake on ebay made for the MX-3
The little black plates go underneath the coolant resevoir. The one with the hole is for the downtube. I never got the other one on mine, but that one sits in just fine, the holes line up to factory holes, so hold on to your bolts!

Re: good place to ground your amp
The seat back is a bad idea for a ground, agreed. I've had an amp mounted to it without a problem. My ground is to the seatbelt mount bolt under the seat. In fact, didn't even sand anything. The bolt is secure to the frame, the ground wire is secure to the bolt. 2 years later I redid that, by sandin...

Re: EBAY EURO GAGES?
I got a set of the Silver Reverse Glow Gauges. Yes the Fuel/Temp was tricky, but I got it on surprisingly easy, without removing anything from the back. You just have to be careful. I took the green rubbers off the factory gauge light bulbs, and ended up with more lighting options than I thought I'd...

Re: blown the funk up....
Sounds like my old 81 626 coupe, when it blew its head. I think a compression test may be in order. Have you looked to see if any water is coming out anywhere when it's running and warm? An easy little test is to pull the plugs and crank the engine. It will turn fast, as there's no compression, but ...

Re: Need 1994 Mx-3 For Parts (I really need some advice)
Hello! Sounds like you had an accident, sorry to hear it. I've been there, bumped into a jeep a long time ago in my '94, then fixed it all myself (with a friends helping hand, of course). Then and since I've learned alot about the car. I may be getting a 93 very soon (mainly for some parts, to upgra...

Re: Exhaust 2.25" VS. 2"
mitmaks, agreed, I think stock diameter is fine on the 4-cyl, maybe 2, that's as far as I'd go. Mazda78, that split may be what's killing your high end, if you don't have an exhaust leak. I'm presuming the split is after the muffler? If so, may be iffy on the cause of loss. Dang it though, you shoul...
