Re: Shifting problems

What kind of noise does it make? Did you bleed the system after replacing your parts? I agree, check the gear oil level, it's kinda tricky as you can't really 'check the level' on the manual transaxle. I assume you have the chilton manual?? It explains it but instructs the WORST way to fill, I know ...

Re: Finally an intake for the i4's

Yes, it will work on DOHC!!!! I bought one, installed on my 94. The Adaptor plate is not needed. The only mod I made was at the throttle body. Re: exhaust & CAI?

I've looked, there have never been headers for the 1.6's (only in recent years has this question come up, before there was just not enough interest to develop one), you could get a custom header made for you at a machine shop, but fabrication costs $$$. I've had a few mechanics and rebuilders look a...

Re: Somone PLEASE help!!!!

Your muffler shouldn't be causing this problem. Most aftermarket mufflers just open your exhaust a little, improving air movement. Often it may increase mileage (by a small amount if just the muffler has been replaced) by getting rid of hot air from the engine bay. Sorry, I've nothing else to add......

Re: Radiator related

Hey, I wonder what other differences/improvements your new radiator may hold. Primarily, does it have a larger capacity? Or is all of its dimensions the same at the original?
