Interesting, I was informed that with the KL36 ecu it would still use that thermo sensor to control when to kick the fans on and off :? . Perhaps I was misinformed :x . The fans come on after a few mins, true, but I've not really checked (while driving) if they shut back off. Though while idling, I ...

Ok, I took several pictures but don't feel like posting them on a website in order to upload them. I'd be willing to email them to anyone whose interested. Forgot to mention it has an alarm and the pedals have been dressed. Sorry to keep posting things, but I told you I was doing this on the fly.. :...

[FS] 1993 Mazda MX-3 w/ many upgrades!!
I'm sad to report that the time to sell my baby has come. She runs perfect, and is not in need of any major repairs. Mileage on the body is at 160K but only at about 50K on the engine (run with 93 octane and synthetic oil only since swap). Gets great gas milage, on full tank gats about 275 mi. The l...

Cylinder Misfire
I was just wondering if anyone could help me figure out what causes/cures cylinder misifring. I'm hoping something as easy as a complete tune up will do it. Any info/suggestions? ![Confused :?](./images/smilies/icon_confused.gif)

A/C compressors
Is there any difference between the A/C compressor in a 4 cyl, as opposed to a 6 cyl?

[WTB] A/C compressor & guage cluster
I figured posting a want thread would be easier than browsing. I need a new A/C compressor (that doesn't leak, have any damage, ect) b/c during my ZE swap 2 years ago my stock compressor was damaged and leaks out coolant now. I was able to make it this far w/o A/C in the summer but now its just gett...

Higher Octane Question
I was just wondering, to settle a conversation, if a engine that has been designed to use 87 octane was running on 93 what would be the drawbacks (besides the cost)? I had heard that a small amount of power would be lost due to the full ignition of the fuel would be in the 'exhaust cycle' of the eng...

CF hood, what pins?
Right now i'm just using the dinky cotter pin type hood pins and they are getting very rusty and unsightly, plus they are not very easy to use, meaning they are a pain to wiggle free and what not. Does anyone have any insight as to which kind would be the best to use. I was thinking on useing the ki...

Spongy brake issue.
Ok lately my brakes have been very 'inconsistant'. Sometimes when I press on them they are firm and stop very effectively, but more and more I'll push them and they are very spongy. So spongy that I, no joke, have to push them to the floor before they grab enough to slow the car. Pumping them helps ...
