yeh i blew 2 trannies too, and i can drive a stick fine, the 3rd time i had the one tranny completely rebuilt by a shop nearby, they replaced alot of the gears and synchro's, this thing is amazing still, over 5k miles later, and really smooth still....

where can i get a stock one from? any parts store? or is there somewhere special. i know theres a place that deals with all transmission stuff, he had piles of clutches layin around, im sure they would have one, hes also the one that rebuilt my CV joints

yah xcept for a intake.. the thing is i was using this clutch on a bad tranny for about 2-3 months and it wasnt the best tranny.. so... im sure that wore it out fast

i need a new one for my 4banger, got over 2 years on this one...starting to slip

ok i searched, i have a 1.6 sohc, im still not sure what alt i can upgrade too. i see that i have to swap the pullies,but what alt will fit? the one from a v6 mx-3 or the one from a 94 dohc? which alt is the 90 amp? their not clear on that on anything i can find.

hey what is the best alt i can put on my 4cyl sohc engine, i need something with alot more power, b/c im running a very high powered stereo system..

also how much work would it take? ive heard i can upgrade with very little mod needed

ok so i need a new belt, for a GS alt, and then the bolt goes in the other way.. not too hard... will the new GS belt fit right tho?

yeh thats what i did, i mixed some bondo, waited until it started to harden, then i wiped it over holes.. and voila, no more holes.. did put a 2nd coat on to make sure it was completely flat... sanded and now u cant tell there were holes there!

a GS is what the v6? im sure i could find an altinator from someone on here.. and how much work would it take to get it to stay where my current alt is? i know this one i had to do a little grinding straight from the shop to get it to fit right.. and would the belts be in the same place? if so thatl...

yeh i put 6x9's in my mx-3 at first too, but then i realized that since the hole on the plastic cover isnt big enough to let all the sound out.. whats the point? theres a reason that they put the 5.25's back there, not only are they alot cleaner, but they are made to let the sound out.

im working on getting my first MECP certification... im gunna need a job to progress farther.. any of u guys know a good place to look for mobile jobs?

exactly what the title says.. when i hold my clutch pedal down, my rpms spike 1k then 0, the engine doesnt choke, but it comes oftly close.. this is comming after i added some new wires to help my electrical system.
