Yes but you have a lantis type r which is the 170hp engine. He has a different kfze.

Just wait until you find one that already has a 5 speed in it. Why waste $1000 for a tranny swap? Be patient and you'll find the right deal.

IIRC when you take off the front drivers side indicator you should see it.

kf is not as good as the klze, but is a hell of a lot better then a k8.

These engines are notorious for burning oil prematurely. Definitely check for that. Have it compression and leakdown tested. Clutch life depends on how it was driven.
