hey, were you able to pin-point where the noise is coming from. i have a similar problem, it sounded like the humming (bearing noise) was coming from the front. but the thing is i put my just about bald front tires in the rear, and the better ones in the front, now the vibrations have gotten worse.....

boosted - what are chopped tires, i have the same symptoms as our friend 'drej' and my tires have a feathered effect to them, as in the tread pattern feeling raised on the edges all the way around.. is this 'chopped' similar to 'feathered'...

i should also point out that all my tires treads are 'feathered' as in the treads lips seem to be raised a little. and when i rotated my tires, almost bald ones to the rear, and better ones to the front, the noise/vibrations got worse... this leads me to believe that over time, the tires smoothed th...

i have a very similar problem with my 93 gs V6. Originally i thought it was the wheel blanace, except that it still makes the rumbling/resonance sound at very low speed..almost until a complete stop... excpet that the noise is toned down by that time.. my steering wheel wobbles the faster i go also....
