well in the end i had to pay to ship the engine back and they paid to ship me the real klze,it was cheaper than getting a lawyer. i would not recommend anyone buy from osaka the guy there was a total a$$hole,and the engine that i finally got, although it was very clean it had a big hole burned into ...

osakas probably waiting to get the klde i'm shipping back so they can send it to you.whatever you do,do not buy from osaka,pay the extra money to buy an engine from someone else you'll actually save money in the long run,and it will be less hassle.

hey korban did you get your engine yet?if not report them to the BBB i did and maybe we'll get better results from osaka if they have a few complaints.i talked to a lawyer today he said he couldn't beleive osaka could try to pull off what their doing but he told me i would pay less for shipping then...

anyone got a pic of a klde with egr,i don't know what an egr is and i want to compare a pic to the engine i have to see if it has an egr.

well this is why i dont have my ze,because i dont want to pay to send the engine that i have back.its their mistake why should you have to pay to send it back? especially if they admitted they sent the wrong engine.with me they're still insisting i have a klze.i think everyone should boycott osaka n...
