My local dealer has them for $38.00cnd a piece...pretty good...just checking to see if anyone had some kicking around from parting out.

Haven't tried tightening them as the bolts were pretty seized. Sprayed on some stuff yesterday so I'm gonna go give it a try.

Well I got my car back last night with a new rebuilt distributor. Put on about 40 miles and this morning its dead to the world with no spark. What could have taken it out?? You crank it a few times and the battery starts to die. Could a bad battery or alternator take out a disributor in such a short...

ok...so are all v6 model year distributors interchangeable?? Can I throw one in off a '95 or '96?? Should I get another 100,000kms off a rebuilt??

Well last week I bought a '94 GS. A couple days later the distributor went. Not a biggy I guess seeing that it is common and the dealer will be replacing it out of his pocket. He is sending it away to WSSL in Winnipeg to get it rebuilt...costs about $500.00cnd instead of $900.00cnd from Mazda. So wh...
