i'm assuming it is a standard, do these cars run on a clutch cable or hydrolic? if there is no clutch cable then try bleeding the clutch lines with some dot3 thats what i did in my maxima when it was doing that and it worked great... just a thought

no harm at all... don't change the gauge of wire though... one time i hooked mine up to a toggle switch and it worked great until it got to hot that it melted the switch so keep that in mind also..

have you set the idle from the diagnostic plug?? otherwise it will never be right

well if its trying to start and just won't turn over then it sounds like a fuel problem... have you checked your fuel pump? fuel filter/lines? i don't know just some suggestions, also i know when i had bad plugs it would do that. i don't really know you probably have checked all this already..

Hey i have the same car exactly, and i had the same problem exactly..... when i first bought my car it would not run then when i got it running i had the same problem with the tranny, anyway i did a fluid and filter change and bam! works great.. i think the filter must have been clogged or something...

Oh hey i didn't know it was the V6 i have never owned an mx-3 V6 so it probably has alot more power, and that also means that at $2,000 bucks it's even a more better deal... as long as it checks out at the mechanic you better grab that one!

atlanta, Have you ever done this? my guess is no because it does work... it is not just something i have heard.. i have done this... but i do need to make a correction it does not bypass the REV limiter it does bypass the SPEED limiter though... atlanta don't take this as being rude because lord kno...
