how are you sure the miata one will fit the mx3?

my car is a 5 speed. i dont even know where the starter is.

Wellfor a while now, everytime I got into my car and try to start it, it would just click. No crank. It would take me quite a few tries until it actually cranked, and then it would start. Now it wont crank at all. Do I simply need a new starter? Plugs are not bad at all. Thanks.

well right now its almost as if the clutch is stuck. will this project fix that or will i still have to open the tranny to fix the clutch? thanks

The rod is in the Hardware isle with the nuts and bolts. They have square rod, threaded rod and just plain round rod, which is what I used. I bought like 3 feet of it for $4 I think. Is the mx3 known for soft clutches. Like compared to a 5.0 mustang, my clutch feels like a feather. It always has. Does anyone else feel the same way?
