Re: OBD I or OBD II, Scantools
Then I dont think I will do the digital dash. It will be to much work and to expensive.
If anyone else have some other ideas, please tell me.

Re: OBD I or OBD II, Scantools
If I understood right, then I only have a OBD1..
Its hard to see because of the wires, but I think its only three plugs.
Can anyone confirm if its a OBD1 or OBD2??

Re: OBD I or OBD II, Scantools
Ok.
If anyone else who are 100% sure can tell me, I would be very happy.
But since you are almost sure, it helps me a lot, so now I can start looking for the best obd2 reader and software.

Re: OBD I or OBD II, Scantools
Thanks for a quick answer. But since Im a total noob when it comes to motors, I dont know where to find the O2 sensors, or how they look like. Same with the air flow meter. Can anyone show me in a picture where to look?
Or where i can find the OBD plugs, so maybe I can find out by looking at them?

OBD I or OBD II, Scantools
I want to know if my car is a OBD 2 or OBD 1. Ive read on the forum that some 94 Mx3 are OBD 2, but I dont know where to check. How can I find out? The reason I need to know is that I want to make a digital dash with a pc and screen. There are several programs to do this, but almost everyone uses OB...

Ok.. The seller seems ok, and says that he did the swap in 2006, and have had no problems with it. But I guess you guys are right. If you see any 1,8L V6 or Mx3 with KLDE The new interior Low km/mileage for sale in Germany or other countries not so far from Norway, then give me a PM. Hope to get my ...

Re: KF engine swap
Just to be clear, this is the KF-01 or KF-DE engine (140hp), NOT the KF-ZE.
So I need to know if there are any problems with the KF-DE engine.

I have a original 1,8L V6 engine in my car. But this engine is not so good and really need some fixing. The car also need some other parts. So because of the high price of an Mx3 in Norway, and the high spare part prices, Im planing to get a car from Germany, and use it as a "partcar" for ...
