Every Mx-3 in my area had both. It depends on location.

I hope you get your $$. Regardless if this is resolved. Once I nail him with the ban-hammer, the nail doesn't come out.

Actually.. a 4cl does have VICS if he has a DOHC.

I know they are chrome, so this may help if you have problems.

Take off the chrome before painting and it may come out better (that's if you have problems of course).

I sure do, buy one, and I'll give you both. $700, includes mazdaspeed bumpers on both. Ones a 95 RS (has wheels and is lowered), one's a 92 GS.
