wow, lots of hours went into that! Looks nice man, can't wait to see the finished product.

Can you tell me what kind of radiator that is and how efficient it is at cooling the 2.5L? Dunno if it's been running long enough for you to know for sure yet though. Thanks.

I have a 2002 P5 steering wheel on my 90 Protege. I had to mod the little arm that works the flasher arm, alittle dremeling and it's all good. I also removed some other stuff, since i didn't need it, so it may require a few other little mods, (i.e. Horn) but the wheel itself will fit fine. My Proteg...

Some of the BP Protege guys use the 2.5 clutch as it has a bit more surface area, so that may be the case between the K8 and KL clutches too.

G series is G series :)

i thought you were swapping in a BP engine... i'm guessing the 95+ MX models have OBD2...might try a 95 Protege BP ECU. Although they are kinda hard to find with the BP engines. Protege SOHC ECUs can be used, but ya have to tweek the harness and add a few wires. I'm not all that familiar with the ch...

the ECU is located under the radio/ashtray, on the floor by the firewall.

Best to get the MTX ECU.

which rate is which? front/rear

how about a website URL, cause it's not ellisengineering.com or some pics...?

and again, it's 90-94 ;) it's common for 99% of companies to get that wrong.

yup, my Protege has 500# springs and it was no fun as a DD.

So it's clear, the ZX2 struts you'd want are the ZX2 S/R struts, Not the regular ZX2 struts.

I have never seen them packaged with springs...they run about $150-160 for all 4.

IMHO, clearly the best choice from solo_ryders list.

I signed up years ago, but i don't recall any waiting. I always call anyway, as they are only a few miles away.

As for ordering, i usually get my stuff within 2 days, sometimes the next day. Obviuosly it's because i am local, but still, thats fast.

The wait is worth the discounts you get on parts.

If you call Koni direct, ask for Lee Grimes, he's the man.

If you want off the shelf stuff, http://www.redshiftmotorsports.com They only list Honda parts, but can get any Koni's.
