Re: led's taillights?
Try: http://autolumination.com/1156_1157.htm About 3/4 ths of the way down they have right angle led bulbs. I don't know if the work properly in our car. I did replace the 3rd brake light with: http://autolumination.com/906.htm and they work great. <small>[ April 08, 2004, 10:09 PM: Message edited b...

Re: Changing door locks????
I think you might have I problem like what I had on my GS. There is a little cover that pushes out of the way when you insert the key. On one side of my car it the key wouldn't go in because that part wouldn't move out of the way. I took a small pair of pliers and removed it, now the key goes in fin...

Re: Changing door locks????
Taking the handle/lock assembly off is simple. Just remove the interior panel from the door and look for the 3-4 nuts that hold the handle on.

Yep, running RH 9.0 on my home computer. Have two custom builds (Red Hat based) for servers at work.

Re: anyone know how to bypass headlights. Without new combo
Are you sure it's the combo-switch and not a loose wire?
The problem with by-passing the combo-switch is that it will affect the high beam lights then. There might be a way to by-pass the main portion and leave the rest working, but it won't be pretty.

Pilot makes one. Pep Boys carried it. Has a wire to connect to your power system.

Re: Rear Defroster Question..PLLLEASE HELP!
Does your defroster not work at all or is it just the defrost button's light? If it doesn't work at all: Check the DEFOG 40A fuse in the main fuse block and the METER 15A fuse in the fuse block. If both of those fuses are fine then it will either be a relay or a wiring harness. If it's just the ligh...

You can order the (clear or smoke) GT Styling Covers from Pep Boys. I just got a set about a month ago.

Re: Radiator Drain plug or lack thereof
I just replaced the radiators in both my mx-3s. One got a leak one week and the other a week and a half later. (sucked)
Both of the aftermarket radiators did not have drain plugs. This could be the same sort of senerio that your's is.

Re: Cruise control operation
I'm having this problem with mine too. Looking at the cruse control buttons in the housing shows that there is not enough room for the resume button to move properly to cause the contact to connect.
Basically big button, small hole.

Re: Gear Light in RS
I checked at the auto store.... spend a lot of time there lately. They had 194 (White), 194R (Red) and 194B (Blue). I didn't see green or any other colors, but you could either get a cap to cover the bulb or use a green sharpie. I did one blub red and it's still working great.

Re: Gear Light in RS
I've changed mine out as part of my red/black interior in my RS. The bulb I used was a 194R which is the red one. To change it, you need to remove the rear console, then the front console cover. After that remove the shift cover and change the blub. It shouldn't take to long. I changed it while I ha...

What about the front (lip) spoiler? Is it in good shape? If so, how much?
What about rear mud flaps?
