Corksport. I have dealt with them multiple times and their products are amazing. They are in Vancouver, WA and their prices are decent (not e-bay cheap, not ripping you off). The only downside is that you either had to do a roadtrip or ship. I roadtripped it and they make a huge difference to how th...

The difference is Proxes ZX4s are summer tires.

Proxes 4 are the next gen from them and are all season tires.

Call a Les Schwab in the US and ask for pricing installed.

I drove down to the Les Schwab in Bellingham and had them bring in a set of Toyo Proxes 4 tires for me.

Cost me about $500 canadian total. (it was around $85US/tire plus installation)

(and I have been loving them ever since)

So my life had an issue and that openned up some time. I was supposed to be driving down the LA starting that weekend however my wife's truck's fuel pump had an issue and stupid IZUZU put it in the gas tank so it is gonna cost about $700 to repair. Which means no LA trip. However that means we can m...

simple math here works too.

Stock tires are 205/55/R15.

that means 205mm wide treads.

15% of that size is sidewall height, so 112mm. double that to 224mm, add 15", converting mm into inches that is 8.89inches. so total 23.89 inches diameter.

The 12a, 13b and all other rotary engines can be considered non-interference as they travel in an oval pattern that can never exceed spec.

Technically they are neither as they do not have pistons.

Know your rotary

Pioneer deck + $100 pioneer ipod adapter = iPod goodness controlled like a CD changer and it charges it too.

I'm gonna eventually get one of these myself so I can shove my iPod in the glove box. Until then, MP3 CDs with ID3 tag support are good.

I replaced my unit myself. I found the best tricks were to cut the wires to about 2-3" long on the harness and radio plugs, then I soldered each connection and wrapped in e-tape, then I put it all into the dash. If you don't shorten the harness wires you end up feeding tons of wire into sometim...

I'm gonna try and make it out this year again.

Not much done to the car though... maybe if I have time I'll have my interior panels done though.

Gotta afford some body work though to get a couple dents out. But I wanna test my tires on the way to Kelowna... it'll be fun.

If the car harness was cut off then it is harder as you need to get the car harness as well as the stereo wiring harness. They then plug together.

So you have 2 options if this is the case

1) wire it directly
2) pay about $35 CDN total to get both adapters and wire it up properly.

I went to a local car shop and got an alarm installed that had the ability to do keyless entry, and then added the actuator to the drivers side door. I have power assisted locks, so whatever the drivers side does, the passenger's side does. I will reiterate what a previous poster said about there be...

There are a large amount of differences between the RS and GS The entire engine compartment is slightly different, and you can't put a GS V6 in a RS compartment unless you move EVERYTHING over. Also, the GS has a lower rear tie bar and slightly better suspension. As well the steering wheel lock-to-l...
