Hey I ran into an old friend of mine that is a mechanic and races Hyabusa's. Him and I will change out my passenger side drive shaft, and clutch this thursday night...I will help him with the disassemble of both clutch and drive shaft, but I will not be able to help him with the clutch installation ...

how about you and your buddy take a 14-18 hour road trip to NC and help me with this things...lol...Just kidding...I dont have a garage...but i guess I could bring it to a parts store and do it in the parking lot....those guys don't mind...what is the most difficult part about changing it?

Wow that's alot...does it involve removing the engine from the bay?

Just bought a Clutch, how much would it cost to have it put in, machined flywheel and all?

The same exact thing happen to me last month...to the "T"...at intersections it would cut off, then easily cut back on...then finally it just would not crank....I put a new disty in and it crunk right up.....GET CRUNK!!!!

I have a volt, A/Fuel, and W. Temp Phantom Auto Gauges and they are not working properly. Here is my set up... I have the white/power wires from the Volt and W. Resurface the Flywheel? How much is that, and how long does that take...why resurface?

Likely the squealing is your throwout bearing failing. In your shoes.. I wouldnt drive it except maybe to a clutch repair shop or to the parts store to get a new clutch assembly. Do yourself a favor.. replace your entire clutch assembly. Pilot bearing, throwout bearing, clutch disc, pressure plate....
