Re: another problem...plz help
Could be a few different things-
-Electric fans not working- both need to be on when the AC is running
-Bad water pump
-Clogged radiator
-Thermostat- they can go bad after the engine is overheated
-Leaves/debris blocking air flow to the radiator
-Blown Head gasket
-Radiator cap

Re: Euro spec mx3??
It's damn near imossible to measure the roof height. i measured to the bottom of my drivers side mirror- that was easy. It's 34", Stock suspension with 225/50/15 tires.

Re: Running Rich
Switching to heavier weight oil might help cut it back. Since its not the correct weight oil though you maybe shortening engine life a small amount. If your car has 150,000 miles I doubt the oil would shorten it so much it would matter. If you don't mind it then stick with what your doing.

Re: another problem...plz help
Is this on a 4 cylinder or 6? First thing I'd do is replace the cap and soon. If you keep over heating the motor your going to kill the head gasket- if you haven't all ready.
I'd guess the mechanic probably put in pre-mixed anti-freeze

Re: Euro spec mx3??
Thats not true. Sometimes suspension on the european cars will have slightly stiffer suspensions. As a whole though they are not lowered.
Not sure if the MX-3 was different for the euro market though. I can say for sure it wasn't lowered.
[ August 14, 2003: Message edited by: TsiMiata ]

Re: First Driving Impressions
Yeah it actually has two sets of cup holders. The lid has two holders in it- I assume for people sipping capuccino in the luxurious rear seats. When flipped open it becomes a center console for the rear seats. The other one is in the "middle" section of the center console- for front seat p...
