Re: Anyone with Tips for Securing car audio?
First, you'll want to get some long metal screw and screw the box straiht to the floor sheet metal. Just check what's under where you're drilling first. One long #10 screw on each side will be enough to keep if from being pryed out. Then, on your actual subs, don't use phillips or flathead screws. U...

What kind of tranny fluid are you running?
There've been lots of threads on motor oil......what about tranny fluid now? I want longevity and better shifts. I've never had a tranny that made the 2-3 shift so much easier than the 1-2 shift. ![Shrug ](./images/smilies/shrug.gif)

Re: new to Los Angeles
If your looking for car shows in General, LA is the place for them. I know my goal is to have my stereo done for the San Diego Extreme Autofest show in October. But there are plenty of other shows, but I'm just worried about ones with car stereo competitions.

Re: another problem...plz help
Jsut do the antifreeze yourself. It's really easy on the MX3. Then, do a 35% antifreeze, 65% water mix and see if the overheating stops (a mixture with a little more water than antifreeze will help carry away more heat). If not, you know it's not the antifreeze mix.

Re: KLZE + NOS ??
I think anyone with the money shoud go with the Venom just because it includes so much advanced circuitry. Lots of settable options for percentago of NOS released at different levels of throttle. Very advanced.<p>But you could probably get the same effect with one of the cheaper wet setups from Nitr...

Re: Exedy Clutches?
That's probably what I'm going to buy when I replace my clutch this summer. My brother in law bought an Integra clutch last year from the same retailer. The stuff came in some off brand box, but the stuff inside was was all high quality and from the manufacturer advertised. I guess just distributed ...

Re: what amp do i need?
If you're on a budget, look at the JBL BP300.1. 300 watts RMS total at 2 ohms. Wire each of the subs to each of the inputs. The amp will bridge the speakers internally, so you don't need to worry about learnign the differnece between parallel and series wiring.
