Did you reset the computer when you swapped injectors?

If you don't have any idle issues (which would indicate a vacuum leak), then I would try resetting the computer and proceed from there.

If you're throwing an O2 code, reset the computer and drive a few more days. If the O2 sensor code comes back again, then definitely replace the appropriate O2 sensor.

However, the car will not stay as cool in heavy traffic with a 170* thermo since it will have to rely on the fans much more and after a bit the fans won't be enough to keep things cool. I'm not sure what logic you used to conclude this. In stop-and-go it will make NO difference if you have a 170 or...

Wondering. Would the thermostat from 2.5 be different from 1.8... No. The stock for both is 180 degrees. I've been running a 170 degree thermostat since I installed my KL, works fine. It's a little cooler when on the freeway, but keep in mind that in rush hour your coolant still needs to get to 210...

The PVC vent to the intake is to help supply vacuum to the oil system.

They are clear because Euro lights are glass instead of plastic. Most reasonable would probably be stripping them from junkyard MX3's as they'd still be clear, as long as they're not cracked. Last person who priced new ones from Europe got over $500 price ...... not worth $500 for headlights for a 1...

If you're looking at Superpro stuff, look over at clubprotege.com They have experience with the Superpro stuff, and I believe the main guy who orders stuff from them (323 owner from Madison, WI I believe) and I'm pretty sure he's already asked them about MX3 parts before.

that looks really nice u guys can call me really stupid but how do u know what your box is tuned to for hz It's not for newbies to do themselves. But if you've been around car stereo for a while, and can afford a few mistakes and time to redo things, you'd need a box building program like the one a...

The only ES Escort bushings that fit are the Trailing Arm ones, and it requires a little grinding on the MX3 trailing arm to fit properly. I've got an FAQ on this board. I've also got another FAQ on custom fabbing some stock shelf ES bushings for the lateral links if you are open to alot of custom w...

A muffler shop should be able to either do a reducer to your 2.25" cat, or possibly stretch the stock opening of the 2.25" cat to 2.5" if there's enough metal to stretch.

Yes, not getting an alignment is dangerous. My car is fine in dry weather without an alignment, but when it rains, the whole back end gets twitchy bove 30MPH. It's flat out DANGEROUS for me to drive in wet weather right now. Luckily, I've got another car to drive. As soon as I finish Army Basic Trai...

Personally, I'd just do all the body work, scuff the whole paint job with a 400 grit wet sandpaper, then take it to a Maaco for a $300 special and call it a day.

I'm just going to get new ones from MAzda Motorsports. I think they're $100 each side. Kind of a rip-off, but what are you going to do?

Well from the Dyno i can say u have a decent running KLZE. But you need to check on your fuel system...probinators ECU will run at about a 12.6 A/F At least thats what mine was running at. If I had an ECU that made my car run 12.6, I'd throw it in the trash. You'll make the most power around the 14...

Should since Escort struts are the same part number as ours. I believe 90-97 Escort struts are straight swap.
