I agree. Basically it's that the VRIS timing in the KL31 and KL38 ECUs is set up for a strait neck and KL31 cams - so when you use a KL31 or KL38 ecu with a stock curved neck ZE (from a millenia) with it's millenia KL01 cams, the optimum VRIS point are off - only the automatic transmission KL62 ECU ...
