Header bolt torque..
Hmm... So when I was bolding the rear header to my ZE (for EGR) I wasn't really thining about it, and didn't think to check the torque specs... In the shop man ual they say 16-18ftlbs. That's not tight at all. Now, I wasn't using a torque wrench, so i don't know how what they actually are, but i got...

Re: KLZE ECU HELP!
I agree. Basically it's that the VRIS timing in the KL31 and KL38 ECUs is set up for a strait neck and KL31 cams - so when you use a KL31 or KL38 ecu with a stock curved neck ZE (from a millenia) with it's millenia KL01 cams, the optimum VRIS point are off - only the automatic transmission KL62 ECU ...

Re: KLZE ECU HELP!
Hmm.. really, correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like people are getting confused here: I think what bubba is trying to say ( ? ) is that he has a ZE with a stock curved neck (from a millenia) that was using an automatic tranny, and has KL01 cams. I just installed my ZE (well, will be done in 20 ...

Re: quality of corksport ms bumper?
Well I've owned 4 MS type bumpers now.. x3 CorkSport and x1 Erebuni. I fit all the Cork Sport ones myself.. The Erebuni one cams "fitted" which was crap. Although, the actually quality of the bumper was overall better.. Thicker fiberglass and less defects. Also about corksport is, I've not...
