Oh and I did my pass ball joint on my four banger 5 years ago and it was cheaper to buy the mazda part than the canadian tire one. I belive it was $92 for teh one ball joint from mazda.

go to canadian tire. I paid $45 for one and it has liftime warranty. It was in a blue and white box. Forget the brand but it was a good one i heard.

Hello I took my special edition mx-3 rim to walmart to get a tire mounted and when i got it back the inside of teh rim (not the part that shows) had several deep long scratches on it with some of the scratches being so deep the metal was sharp to the touch. thx for the reply. So is this the one u can see in the engine bay at the front of the engine where the headers go down? Also do we only have 2 o2 sensors? If so r they the same part number? Is it easy to remove this o2 sensor?

yeah man it sucks. I got in an accident on highway 2 by edmonton 2.5 years ago and my car was totalled. Oh well main thing is shes alright.

yeah the 93 one works. I bought one from a 1993 mazda 626 this weekend and it works like a charm.

so i replaced the disty

Ok so after all teh hastle i just bought a used disty from a26 and it works fine. I put it on in the same place as the old one approximately and the car runs smooth and fast. Do I need to retime?
Will i damage the engine?

No need to remove the belt cover. Timing light runs ~$20-30 BTDC = Before Top Dead Center. It means the number of degrees that you are adjusting the spark timing to fire before the #1 piston stroke reaches the top dead center of its compression stroke. put the disty in place :) and put the bolt on snug, not torque as you will have to rotate the disty get into diagnostic mode by jumping ten and gnd in the diag box. Grab a timing light. put it on the cylinder #1 spark plus wire and point the light at the crank pulley. start the car and let it idle ...
