Both of my locks dont work??? help!!!

On my MX-3 94 V6 Precida, both my driver and passenger side locks, dont work. I can put the key into both of them and it turns, i mean the key turns but the lock itself doesnt move at all? Just happened recently, no one tryed to break in, I dont think? First my passenger side went, then the driver ...
