Re: Keyless Entry
Well, if you already had power locks then a couple hundred would get you keyless installed. Without power, I can only guess, but I'd say around five hundred(?).
I'd ask the installer/dealer about a unit compatible with your remote starter if you want to be sure to avoid two separate "detonat...

Re: Bad shifting, need input
It isn't unusual for a manual transmission to not go into first gear easily when you come to a stop. When it happens just clutch then go into some other gear (second, third, whatever), then go into first and you'll find it usually goes in smooth and easily. Just a suggestion .....

Re: Need Help!
Ahhh now I see what you mean, you have a shot at buying BOTH cars and make one decent one out of the two. At first I thought you were trying to decide between the '93 with bad carpets, seats, dash, cluster, etc. OR a wrecked '95 ... lol

Thanks, and welcome to you as well Cdnmx3.
Yeah I thought it was smart getting the warranty too, but now that I have more details I'm not so sure. The paperwork I have so far says that they will e-mail me a maintenance schedule that I have to keep to, in addition I'll have to mail in regular "...

Sometimes a car's longevity is related to how well it bridges and appeals to different generations. With that in mind I wonder what the average age of an MX3 owner is?
I'm 43, but I suspect most are younger ....

Re: TAX on mx-3 at DMV?
You'll pay PST which in Ontario is 8% of car's purchase price or value. They use to take the value from the bill of sale provided by the seller, but after a lot of people mirepresented the purchase price they started using book value (from what I've heard anyway ...)
