wow...alot of bad mouthing fmu's! they have their benefits. like running small fuel injectors and still making great power. plus, the vortech sfmu is a fpr and rrfpr all in one. it controlls base and boost. i used a standalone ecu and sfmu on my last project car and i was able to get a great tune. ...

I was hoping to get my injectors tested/cleaned before i slap them on my new motor. But the cheapest i could find was $26 bucks per injector. So my question, should i skip that step and hope they are fine? They came used on the intake manifold i bought and have no idea how well they work. Nate This...

fmu can be different things but like said it's a Fuel Management Unit and most of the people refer it as a rrfpr (rising rate fuel pressure regulator) to bump the fuel pressure per psi.
I would run one on a tight budget under 10psi. I would NEVER use one above that though. Too much crucial to use it

as far as symptoms are, major performance loss and weird noise. Once it cracked I was still able to drive with it until I parked it where it didn't want to fire again. I dont think i have yet heard of anyone dropping a valve on the kl-01 cammed zes. Supposebly they are the exact same valve train? Im...
