Yes, the TB is heated by coolant which is why we include a ThermoBlok TB spacer to reduce heat transfer to the intake from the TB.

The underhood temps are high, but the manifold gains much more heat from conduction through the 220F cylinder heads than the underhood air.

Outlaw Engineering has just procured a production lot of these washers and will start including them with the V-6 kits as soon as they arrive. The part number that was originally listed was actually for the oil pan drain plug, but was not the same size as the fuel rail washers, so I editied the post...
