True...that's what the plan is...however, all the money was just spent on the engine....Just got some new reciepts from the owner... Just have to do the Timing belt...no prob...my mech buddy said he'd do it for the price of the belt..waterpump..<p>Later<p>Mat

well, the interior is mint, it's a 1992....290,000kms, but I know the owner (he's the original owner), body is awesome, no rust at all. Only thing it needs is the Timing Belt to be done but I know a guy that's gonna do it for me. a stack of reciepts came with it showing all the service history since...

I want to stick a K&N Intake filter(Cone) in my car. Is it just a matter of takeing off the the stock air box and clamping the K&N on with a rubber clamp? Or do you need to buy some sort of adapter? anyone done this?

Runs reall nice....it's a 6cyl gs....nothing really done to it yet...just some NGK wires and plugs. I have to wait to save some $$ so I can do some other stuff. Love how smooth this car is!!!

What is a ballpark price (Canadian dollars please) for a used MX-3 GS in great shape with 298,000 Km (6 cylinder). Needs new shocks, and a timing belt replacment. Whenever I sit at a stop light and the motor has been running for a bit, I can stick it in 1st gear and the rpms jump from a little under 1000 to about 1250 and stay there. When I return it back to neutral it drops back down to just under 1000rpm's. It's a GS and 5spd. Does this happen to you guys o...

290,000km's on 2 engines....200,000km's on second one...water pump and t-belt were done by mazda last summer...just had it tuned up..new clutch (I think)...I'll find out in about 1/2 an hour and I'll post some pics.....also wear in the back seat that has never been sat in...the bum part has split on...
