Filling the combustion chamber with rope (through the spark hole). The cranking the engine by hand to mash the rope against the valves. That's the only sure way to NOT drop a valve when you are changing seals, with the head still on. Buy a "lever style" valve spring compressor. It's the on...

Do these still have the heater pad in them?

Get a can of "Rust Check" or Spray rust proofing OIL and spray the whole inside of the strut tower before you put the strut assembly back in.

Will stop anything structural from rusting out in the future.

I'd be interested if it was all positioned the same as a stock GTX/GTR intake manifold.

Like the Throttle and everything in the same locations to have the option of using stock piping

So back to my question. How do you tell the difference beteween the gtr and the gtx. so that way when i order the motor i know what to look for to make for sure it is the right motor???? let me know Exhaust manifold will be a cast mini ram horn on a GTR...will be a short runner on a GTX Exhaust man...
