Re: swapping doors

I've been looking into doing a power window swap, do you need the actual window or just the motor/track?
Also has anyone done this successufully?
Thanks

Re: Remove hatch and make convertible?

Problem with the targa idea, is that the mx3 has the window seems, which wouldn't look right if the windows were down with the top off. Making the windows seemless would be a huge amount of work.
But I still think you should try it Elroy.

Re: Riding on air

You can ride at any height, my car raises about 6 inches from where it is in that picture. Yea the air is quite quick, especially at 150psi +.

Hey Elroy,
I've been alright, I just put the car away, i'm back at school now, but I may put insurance on it for a day and try to make it down to a meet before the winter.

Re: A new idea for car alarms..

The DEI website uses frames, and the bar always says www.dei.com, so thus you can't cut and paste it. Thanks for pointing that out

Re: A new idea for car alarms..

Go to DEI.com then click on "Viper" then on "Accessories" then on "Sirens and Voice Modules" and there you are. Sorry the site is done with frames, so I couldn't just post the link.
[ April 11, 2003: Message edited by: mx3vs ]

You can buy high pitched sirens for inside your car, I have 2, they are called pain generators.

He just change the topic name when he decided to lower the price, it used to say "audiobahn for sale" and now he's selling for less so he wrote "$200 obo"

Re: z3 fenders

I'm sure that they could, I've seen many Z3's that have been made by only "C-shaped" cuts.
